wanted 3 bedroom house in bridlington/scarborough surrounding village areas


i have for exchange a 3 bedroom house with front/rear enclosed gardens in manchester..
im looking to move to bridlington,scarborough & all surrounding village areas within 30 mile radius to here..

my 3 bedroom house in manchester...
has front lawned enclosed garden with access to rear patioed & paved enclosed garden,with pond & waterfall in rear garden,which is part crazy paved with step up to patio area,also shed with plenty of room in rest of garden,with fantastic sun trap to enjoy days & late summer evenings in..
the house has just been newly fitted with double glazed doors & windows,with bay window to the front room,which as been recentley decorated,also with wood flooring,the large kitchen is to be fitted with new fitted kitchen & fittings between now & 2010 so allthough in nice clean condition will need decorating once new kitchen is fitted,there is also downstairs toilet,also access to rear garden from kitchen aswell as the access from outside to rear garden & house,room leads to hall front door & upstairs,to the top of the stairs you will find bathroom which has bath & basin also to be decorated when new fitted bathroom in place,then 1 of the large bedrooms which has just been decorated for my son,you can easily fit bunkbeds & bed settee with 3 sets of draws & childs wardrobe in or a double bed with furniture as i have had both over time,the main bedroom is newly decorated with fully fitted wardrobes with for doors & loads of large & small shelving all to one wall also has king size bed with plenty more space in bedroom,the 3 bedroom all the smaller than other two is slightly larger than a average box rom this also has wardrobe,bunkbeds,shelving & draws which has all been newly decorated for my daughter..

the area were i live...

to the left side of me is a elderly couple who you never really see who have a daughter & son & grandchildren living 4 doors away,the elderly couple have the grandchildren on a daily basis,to the right of me is single mum & 17 year old son who will do anything for anyone when needed,lovely neighbours all though you very rarely see her..
the hole grove that i live on is of young & old all children & pet friendly...

you are in walking distance of all schools including nursery,primary,infant & junior,also sports collage,shops including (tesco,jjb,wickes,matalan),pubs churches all within walking distance...

excellent bus,train & tram service with routes within 200yards that will get you to anywere in manchester warrington,liverpool,birmingham,also in close distance of all major motorways including,m56,m6,m60,m61,m62,m65 etc

also within walking distance is a fantastic park that has a animal farm,horse riding,nature walk,gardens,manor house with tea rooms food hall & bar,with events all year round in the park a fair approx 3-4 times a year,fantastic bonfire & fireworks display in november,theatre works,art shops loads for the kids to do & see all year round..
