I have a 3 bedroomed house, gas central heating, lge kitchen, downstairs & upstairs toilets, 2 double bedrooms & 1 single, dble glazing, back garden, 2 parking spaces. 1 of only 5 houses in a very nice off-road setting. Lovely friendly neighbours.

Very close to town centre, library, schools, supermarkets, park, leisure centre, all bus services, cinema, restaurants etc, but away from the main area, it is a lovely quiet area with no passing traffic.

Two parking spaces at rear of house and a mdm size back garden.

Devizes, Wilts is a lovely market town. It has most facilities needed and good bus services to Swindon, Bath, Salisbury etc.
It is a lovely area for families and has street fayres, community events, annual carnival etc.

The only reason I am moving is to move to the coast, which is my 1st love.
Pref Dorset or Somerset as would like to stay in South-west - I would much prefer a house to a flat, and have at least 2 bedrooms.
Weymouth, Bournemouth, Lyme Regis, Dorchester etc (not Portsmouth, Southampton, Weston areas, sorry)
