downstairs we have a lounge with 2 alcolves and a parkray fire which is lovely to sit around in the winter we also have a cupboard that leads off from the lounge which we use as a larder which has shelves and we use it to store the freezers in so there is plenty of room then in the kitchen there is a door that leads into the bathroom which is very handy as no mud gets taken upstairs and also its nice to come out from the bathroom and walk into the lounge and sit around the fire we also have a seperate toilet which is also downstairs
upstairs we have a master bedroom which has fitted waldrobes and also a seperate cupboard (which other people have turned into a upstairs toilet) 2nd bedroom is also a double with views of the countryside 3rd room is smaller but we do have a double bed in there and a waldrobe which also has views of the countryside
The back garden is 1252ft x 25ft we have a shed and also a coal shed and plenty of lawn the front garden is 75ft x 20ft which has boards we also have parking for 2+ cars both gardens are easily maintained

we are looking to move to be closer to family we are open to offers in the kent east sussex and west susseex areas
we are looking for a 3 bedroom house or bungalow but we are open to 2 bed if the house has a seperate dinning room
