I have a 3 bedroom house in selsey the house is a nice size.it has large kitchen,diner,lounge, garden is acsessed from the lounge which leads to decking lovely sun trap garden shingled has small front garden has drive at the side of the house i use to be ale to fit 3 cars and still have plenty of room in between them i made the drive smaller easily still fits 2 cars and made my back garden bigger can be changed back,it has 6ft+ gates so the drive is secure. there is a downstairs toilet with a sink, ample size. a medium sized bathroom with bath and shower. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room with built in wardrobe. moving as outgrown house.

i am looking for a 4-5 bedroom house with garden and parking,will consider most areas in west sussex if it ticks most of my needs.as i have 5 children you can imagine were just about ready to burst.
