Hello, We have a semi detatched house in Rugby, with a new central heating system and double glazing, 2 double bedrooms and a small one, living room seperate dining room, upstairs bathroom and toilet also an old outside toilet still working perfectly! outside there are 2 brick sheds and a nice big enclosed back garden, also an unenclosed front garden with off road parking. It is a decent area with nice neighbours, shops are a short walk away, primary school 3 min drive. Rugby is a great town for things to do, a bus stop across the road gets you to the Town Centre in about 10 minutes. We are looking for a 3 bed house in the Warwickshire area or anywhere considered, preferably a bit more rural with nearby infant school, and a shop would be great as I dont drive.
