we have a 1bedroom bungalow in mancetter atherstone warwickshire opposite quiet park and close to all amenities.front garden has ornamental steel fence with double gates and tarmac drive,stoned either side pir lighting and house alarm,wooden side fencing.rear 6ft fence all around patio in 1 corner centre circle of york stone and stoned around it shed with electric.it has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom with walk in tiled shower.bedroom good size with fitted wardrobes and airing cupboard.entrance hall with cupboard and cloaks.lounge is nice size with gas fire,c/heating double glazed with all new windows and doors and sky dish.property required a 2 bedroom bungalow need extra room for oxygen apperatus ill health.any area considered but would prefer this area so we can stay with same doctors and hospital. thank you.
