I have a 3 bedroom spacious flat int Tettenhall just four miles out of wolverhampton.Looking for a fresh start to the Surrey area for myself and daughter would be interested in doing a muli swap to get to the right property.
My flat is on the first floor, there are 2 flats on each landing , 6 flats in total.Recently have had a total refurb,new electrics,new heaters,brand new fitted kitchen,new bath , mira shower over bath tasefully decorated and tiled throughout.The lounge is L shape and very spacious.3 bedrooms all have double beds , although 2 are double rooms the seconed bedroom is a single but still of a good size.
New carpets in lounge and hall,ceramic tiled floor in bathroom , 2 airing cupboards,outside storage space on landing which has an electric sockets and a light fitting(suitable for tumble drier and stoage of ladders etc.
The proerty also had brand new front doors,and also has an entry door system which has a call button to the flat.
We have a area outside for washing lines and we in the summer have drinks and bbq with other neigbours,also a large field and close to a nearby local beauty spot and local village , which has all local amenites,Drs, Dentists,opticians ,local somerfied, co-op stoes , grren grocers,post office and clothes store ,hair dressers and local florists.2 mins walk to local bus stop , car parking by flats and also to rent from local council there are garages.
In wolverhampton there is a large shopping centre and train station, which has great train links,and is 1/2 hour to birmingham , which has a fabulous shopping centre.
Tettenhall is a good area to live ,within a short drive you are in country side , market towns , good walks and full of historical places to visit.
local nurserys, infant, junior and secondary schools all closeby.
Want to have a fresh start for myself and daughter, and love Staines and the surrouning areas and would be intersted in finding a 3 or 2 bedroom property with a small garden although not essential.
