We are looking to swap our large 2 bed new build ground floor flat with a 2 or 3 bed property with a garden for our daughter to play in, Ideally in Bungay but will consider surrounding area including Beccles.
Our flat is a new build finished in July 2009, it has a lovely big bathroom, 2 large double bedrooms, large lounge and lovely kitchen, double glazing and gas central heating and a seperate private off road parking space.
There is a large patio area to rear of building for drying washing and a fenced off bin area, its a lovely looking building in a great area, easy access to Bungay town centre and all local schools and amenities.
We pay 81.82 per week and the bills are low, flat is really well insulted so bills are low over winter as we dont need the heating on much!
