This is a village location surrounded by countryside, there is a little butchers post office and village shop,primary/junior school in village, secondary schools approx 3 and 7 miles away, bus available. there are buses into Tunbridge wells which is our nearest town,[and a lovely town too] trains run from wadhurst approx 3 miles away into london and to the coast [hastings/bexhill approx half an hour away.We require preferably 3 bedroom house but would consider 2 for that special property. we need to be with our family all of whom now live in the North somerset area, we have done loads of work to this house and will be sorry to leave it and Lamberhurst, i can send photos.if you would like anymore information please don't hesitate to contact me
