Our house is in a quite cul de sac in Lower Swanwick, Southampton. We are in a small terrace of six houses. Are house is within walking distance of amenities like doctors, local shops, children’s parks, train station and beautiful walks. There is a small front lawn and a good sized enclosed back garden which is big enough for our two dogs; there is also a large shed at the bottom. We have a small entrance hall leading onto the stairs and a door to the lounge/dinner. The kitchen is at the back of the property which looks out onto the garden, it also has a small breakfast bar. We have two double bedrooms and a reasonable sized upstairs bathroom.

We are looking for a two/three bed house or bungalow in areas around Westonzoyland, Burnham on sea, Weston super mare and street. We need a good sized back garden. Preferably with a local school and shops nearby.
