I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a village. 2 fair sized bedrooms and one boxroom. toilet n bathroom combined with shower over the bath. Separate dining room that is fair sized as is the frontroom. We have a good sized concrete outhouse that is big enough to have as a large shed/bikes/outside toys etc. large garden with pond that needs tending as i have become 2 ill 2 do so. Also, a good sized front garden that goes round to the side of the house to the side entrance to the concrete outhouse.
We really need a move to Plymouth ( only nice areas please- we are from plymouth so know the area) or around Paignton area as we have our family in Plymouth and need to be close to them because of my health. Ideally, we would like a 3 bedroom bungalow as i am struggling to walk up stairs now. A shower cubicle would also be great as i cannot get into a bath. I am not interested in 3 way swaps, just a standard swap.
If we cant have a bungalow, then we really do need a house with a dining room so that if i need to, i can convert it into a bedroom for myself.
