I have a 3 bed terrace house(in a row of 4) in Uxbridge with a double
driveway. I'm re-decorated due to new radiators been fitted with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, it is double glazed thoughout and brand new gas central heating system(Nov2008).
The garden is large with a patio and fenced on both sides by 6ft
fencing with private entrance as there is a walkway between the two
houses.
We are situated about 5-10 minutes from the town centre but still far
enough for no noise or town traffic.There are 3 schools an 2 nurseries close by,the 1st of the schools is a infant and junior school combined about 2-5 minute walk which is a RC school,the 2nd & 3rd schools are CofE infant and junior & 1 of the nursery schools is on the same site which is about 5 minute walk away & the 2nd nursery is about 2-3 minute walk.The closest high school is about 15-20 minute walk and Brunel University is only a bus ride away.There is a large playing area at the end of the road which during the summer months there are childrens football club matches.The Metropolitan line runs from the town centre which is handy for comuting to central london also there is a regular bus service to shepherd's bush.The M4/M25 is about 4 miles away and Heathrow airport is 5 miles away but we are not under their flight path so we get no noise from them.
There are shops,pubs and takeaways within walking distant.The nearest
hospital can be reached by bus or car and is about 2/3 miles from the
house.There is a regular bus service on the main road to Slough.
Wembley stadium can be reached on the metropolitan line(handy for
those football matches).There is a small church at the bottom of
the garden but it does not have any bells so there is not any early
sunday morning awakenings.

Lounge 12ft x 14ft
Kitchen 9ft5in x 14ft
Bedroom 1 12ft5in x 12ft5in
Bedroom 2 9ft6in x 11ft
Bedroom 3 8ft8in x 8ft
Bathroom 6ft3in x 9ft (with power shower in the bath)
The garden is 18ft x 80ft and has fir trees at the bottom so there
is no overlooking from the church.

I am looking for 3/4 bed house/bungalow(sorry no flats or maisonettes
as i am disabled) in the new forest area with driveway and a nice sized back garden as i have a dog.I would like a dowstairs toilet as i'm disabled but it is not essential,close to amneties and high school as i have a 12yr old daughter and i'm not looking to move until JULY/AUGUST2009 as i would not like to move my daughter from
her school until the summer break.I would be willing to do a 3way
swap if necessary.
