I have a cosy 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Notting Hill near Portobello Market and with excellent bus and underground links to the West End, Victoria, and Central London. The flat is in a converted house and shares entrance with only one other flat, and has central heating and new boiler. I am a professional singer and need to be able to practice without disturbing neighbours, e.g. end of terrace, ground floor, corner unit, etc.
