I have a lovely studio, in beautiful Georgian Building. 5 min walk to Hyde Park, 5 min to Paddington. 10 Minutes to Notting Hill - 15/20 min to Oxford ST. Very Hip very central. I want to move because of ill health.

The conditions of my tenancy say I must exchange with a woman however she can have a male partner living with her. All the tenants in the house are female.

The flat is in a good state of repair and the housing association are great if anything needs doing the come and fix it quickly. I have my own small kitchen and Bathroom. Which are both in a good state of repair.

May be willing to help with costs for right place.
