3 bed house with front and rear gardens ( good sizes) 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 double size ( but big enough for kingsize bed etc) and 1 single room. landing with airing cupboard and window, family bathroom upstairs. downstairs is living room, dining room, kitchen, outhouse ( kids tv room at the moment) downstairs toilet and hallway.
nice area close to pretty much everything - local shops including post office co-op etc., galleria within easy walking distance, stanborough lakes within walking distance, new business park close by and hatfield garden village 5 min walk. town centre 1 mile by car ( must be shorter walking) local primary schools close and senior schools in town.
