I have a large 3 bed masionette in southampton ( east side), large lounge, 2 double bedrooms and a single, most of the property has laminate flooring. Council are due to refit kitchen and bathroom within next year) . Has an enclosed yard (council does permit dogs). Only reason I am moving is the flat is far too large for a couple, children have now left home.

I need a 2 bed property, must have a garden as I have a dog. Decor not important. All areas considered although would prefer to stay in the south.

There must be someone who needs the extra space ??
