Theres also a walk in cupboard in the hall which is currently shelved out for storage as well as coats shoes etc. we have our own private enclosed front and rear garden. theres no through road and there is a car park out front for residents with a fence and trees running along side so nice and secure and from the main road. pets are allowed all around 5 mins walking distance to local aminities 3 playgroups, (1 playgroup 10 min walk) the primary school which is a main flow through for kings school, a co-op , post office, a chinese /chip shop ,community centre which always has lots goin on 3 pubs which 2 serve food, a hairdressers, dentist, a pharmacy and doctors 3 big playing fields for dog walking and also include parks for children, lots of easy bus routes, and 5 mins drive to m3 also under 10 min drive to eastleigh TC, under 10 min drive to winchester TC and a 20min drive to Southampton CC Looking for a 3/4 bed house condition not important garden a must in , near colden common, and surrounding areas. as my children go to school here only reason for move is we now have 3 children 2 girls and a little baby boy so need the extra space only reason we are looking to move as it is a nice area and a lovely big flat.
