We are serious movers just need is CORNWALL/ DEVON/ DORSET/ SOMERSET

We have a good sized 3 bed semi in the little heritage town of Whitchurch, Hampshire's smallest town, famous for its silk mill but its more of a village than a town. The house has new white pvc double glazing, front door and patio doors at the rear off the living room. We have drive for two cars directly outside the house, and a reasonable size garden at the rear its a blank canvas! (fully enclosed with side gate).

Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms recently decorated, but hallway, stairs, landing and 1 bedroom need doing!

We are in a very small quiet close, 17 houses, There is no gas in the close, so we cook by electric and have new combi/ storage heaters.... but dont panic they are very efficiant and a lot less expensive than the old ones!! We have recently had new loft insullation and the wall cavitys have just been insulated, so it's lovely and warm! Train station and bus stop are close but we have never noticed any noise. There is a local primary and secondary school, both are excellent. Theres a small tescos and small somerfields 10 mins walk, as well as a few other shops and the doctors and dentists. No clothes shops etc, Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury are nearest for that sort of thing, only a short drive or bus ride away. Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke have a direct bus route from here, each bus runs once an hour as well as train, everywhere else is easily reached by train, Salisbury 3 stops, Grately 2 stops, the other direction is to London... every two hours i think.

Dog walks are great, plenty of open country side all around, theres a small path at the rear of the house that leads straight out into the woods and fields. There's also lots of walks along the river, really pretty.

We need 3/4 bedroom (preferably 4 but large 3would be fine), dont mind council or h/a, would like a garden but dont mind how big. preferably a drive or somewhere to park the car! Will consider most south west, rural/ semi rural or coastal, Devon, Cornwall, somerset, dorset. Decor not important. DO NOT want large estates! Not Bridgewater.
