3 months old flat its on the 1st floor and its only 3 storey flats most privately owned only a few council an family mosiac,its in laindon where laindon high school use to be radford park,the bathroom has red glitter floor and kitchen has black granite with cream carpet threw out,easy access to a127 and all schools and shops,neighbours are nice and friendly the only reason im wishing to move would like a garden otherwise its the perfet home for us.
