upstairs - 3 bedrooms, all coved and laminate flooring. the two smaller rooms have fitted wardrobe space. The town centre is 20 mins walking distance or there is a bus route, stop 2mins away. there are clubs nearby for children, dance clubs, crusaders, brownes etc . i have great neighbours, and friendly families surrounding my house. it is a fairly quiet street.

exchange - i am looking for a 4 bed house/bungalow as i have four children ranging from 14 to 2. i appreciate someone would be downsizing in which i appreciate considerably. The reason i am looking for an exchange is solely for the extra room/space. i would like a fairly large garden. i will consider most areas surroundng harlow, sawbridgeworth, nazeing saffron walden, sheering, ongar etc.
