I’m looking to relocate to Brighton and so need a exchange.

I live in a lovely large 1 bed maisonette, 1st floor, carpeted and nicely decorated, 4 parking bays out side front door - never a problem parking.

Front and back shared garden space, quite - well maintained cul de sac, 5 mins walk from bus stop, 10 mins from local shops, 5 mins drive from Hatfield and Welwyn garden city town centres, im in the middle of both :)

It takes just 30 mins to drive to London, 20 mins on the train (train station at town centre)

I have a large kitchen, Hugh loft, another small room but its not big enough to be classed as a second bedroom hence 1 bed and not 2!

The bills are low here and the street is a nice place to live.

There’s a massive field that backs onto the flat's opposite me so if you have a dog or like walks, ideal.

There are many pubs and restaurants local and the nearest pub is 5 mins walk away.

All in all il be sorry to leave this flat and if i could move it to Brighton I would.
