My house is a 2 bedroom, (one large and one single) - lovely quiet area in a cul-de-sac (so safe for kids to play out the front) it has a small garden at the front and a tiered garden at the back. The kitchen and bathroom were both fitted 3 years ago just before i moved in, the kitchen is big enough for a table. It is double glazed, has very recently had central heating put in.
