We are looking for a exchange from Okehampton to Crediton or the surrounding area. We have a newly decorated ground floor 2 bedroom flat, a large kitchen, new bathroom. PLUS a small room which could be a study/computer room laminate flooring throughout (apart from small bedroom) It has a front and back garden which is shared with the flat above (in which they dont hardly use) the Flat is in a 10min walk to the town centre and surrounding parks/swimming pool/gym/schools/cinema etc. Okehampton is a small pictureque town in Devon with a easy Comute to Exeter.
