i have a small but cosy 3 bed mid terrace cottage style council house,non estate.downstairs 2 rec rooms kitchen and bath/wc, upstairs 2 beds with 3rd off of one of them is small but ok for single bed or posh walk in closet!! not ex decor but new central heating fitted by council, new loft ins due to be rewired and due new kitchen/bathroom. front door onto street but own private rear garden.5 min walk to 2 train stns so 20mins to central london several bus routes to london/hertfordshire/essex all 5mins walk. 15min walk to newly redeveloped town/shopping centre.easy walking distance to 2 ex primary schools and catchment area for at least 6 sec schools,colleges and middx uni. local shops 2 mins and huge park 100yds from front door. my neighbours are the best,my only reason for moving is extreme personal circumstances force a new start away from area.
i want a 2 or 3 bed house/flat/mais but not tower block, will accept hsg ass or council pref to be near PL1 to be near my sister but any area of plymouth considered.
