I currently live in a 3 bedroom house, living room, dining room. downstairs toilet and bathroom with toilet upstairs. there is 2 double bedrooms and a smaller bedrom. I have a moderate front garden and a drive for 2 cars, also i have avery large rear garden which backs on to fields and issurrounded by a six foot fence for extra privacy. The house is fully gas central heated with double glazing windows and s set back from the road, it is on a main street not a culdsac.
I am looking for a 2 bedroom house but would consider another 3 bedroom within 2 miles of Swadlincote.
