i have a three bedroom house in faversham kent and i would like a two or three house in derbyshire

my house is an end terrence house and in an quite col-de-sac
we have a medium to large kitchen
downstairs loo and bathroom upstairs with loo as well
the front room is an medium to large with patio doors leading to a back garden which is small to medium with side enterance
upstairs as i have said is the bathroom with shower over bath and two double rooms one with built in wardrobe the last room is smaller but can get a double bed in with wardrobe if small
there is shared parking out the front with your neighbour which is an youg girl with two small children but is very nice and we have no trouble from anyone everyone is very nice close to schools and town centre which has tesco's icelands and many more small shops and also has it own brewery loads of country-side and only around 16 miles to canterbury city and only an half hour drive to 45 mins drive to dover and channel tunnel for weekend away
