i have a three bedroom terrace house in a very quite cul-d-sac (area) on the outskirts of Ipswich, have newly fitted kitchen, dining area/room, lounge, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, most rooms have laminate flooring fitted, three storage cupboards downstairs and one in one of the double bedrooms, fairly maintence free front garden with a shed/outhouse, good size back garden which has a patio area, i have just recently built a summer house(which is optional to who ever wants to exchange with me), fairly maintence free, off road parking, close to local shops, newsagents, chemist, doctors, school and a regular bus service into Ipswich town centre which is very ten minutes seven days a week, there is a train station up the road which is on the bus route, which delivers a regular train service to places such as London, Chelmsford, Colchester, Harwich, and Norwich. I am looking for a three/four bedroom house anywhere in Cornwall or devon to be closer to my family asap
