3-4 bedroom older type house, semi detached in the lovley village of fremington north devon.

The village has a spar shop, costcutters, post office, fish shop, chemist, doctors, 2 inns, a chinese resteraunt, hair dressers, infant and junior school with grest reports. Buses every ten mins through out the day.

The house is double fronted with the front door in the middle of the house and the stairs run through the middle of the house with rooms either side.

Lounge with double aspect windows. 17.6ft x 12ft recently redecorated in soft cream with new laminate flooring, natural pine torus skirting and 2 new six pannel natural pine doors, one to the hallway and one to the kitchen.

The new laminate flooring runs out into the hallway and into the dinning room or 4th double bedroom, this room has also just been redecorated tastefully and fitted with a new six pannel natural pine door, this room is 12ft9 x 10ftand is ideal as a 4th bedroom as the only acsess is from the hallway so is a totaly independant room.

Bedroom (1) 14ft6 x11ft just decorated in a tastefull style and new six pannel natural pine door.

Bedroom (2) 12ft x10ft11, built in cuboard, the new pine door is here i just need to fit it.

Bedroom (3) 8ft6 x 7ft7 with built in cuboard and six pannel natural pine door, i have swung the door on this room to our beniffit and a double bed works well in there with room to walk around and accsess the cuboard as well.

Kitchen. 13ft2 x 7ft with beach units and matching beach worktops, there is also a 7ft x 3ft deep larder at the end of the kitchen very usefull or remove and add 3 ft to the kitchen making it over 16ft. Maybe for apliancies or breakfast bar.

Out of the kitchen rear door takes you into the brick built extention where there is the 2nd wc and then the utility room with very nice fitted base units and glass display units fitted to one wall, we also have our freezer placed in the middle of them. We also have our computer desk in this room, its is and ideal room for laundry and ironing or many other uses, size is 8ft3 x 7ft, the walls are just blockwork and would benifit from plaster boards.

Bathroom 10ft x 6 with bath wc hand basin.

Rear enclosed garden with good 8 x6 apex shiplap shed, garden size 50x 30.

Front garden enclosed by private edge with block paved driveway.

There is a quayside in the village with a lovley cafe that used to be the old railway station, very popular with tourist. Local beach at instow just over 2 miles along the road, a little further and you have places like westward ho beach, appledore, saunton sands, croyde beach ect.

For your retail need barnstaple is just a short drive away.

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house or bungalow in cornwall idealy with 20 miles of truro, would consider a realy good size 2 bed in right area but must stress realy good size 2 bed.
