i have a 3 bed end of terace house with front garden and drive. nice size rear garden with split level decking and a concrete area my children use for a 12ft swimming pool. inside we have 2 double rooms and one single all newly decorated. new tiled bathroom and toilet. new carpets upstairs and downstairs new tiled floors. large front room and kitchen is newly fitted. we have an old style indoor coal shed which is not decorated but most of the neighbours have converted into a dinning room knocked through from kitchen. we are looking for a 3/4 bed house in or around cornwall decor not important parking would be good. open to all offers!!!
