i have a large 4 bed house in the warrington area, it has 4 double bedrooms and 1 single room .I have a seperate down stairs bath and toilet, good sized living room and a front reception room ,it has a large secure garden at the back with off road parking to the front i am close to spar bus routes college and primary schools.i would like a swap 2 widnes 4 a 4 bed house but i would consider all areas.
